With nearly a decade of entrepreneurial experience and 20 years in recruiting, Clark has coached many clients, executives, candidates, friends, and strangers (it’s true) on running a business, along with helping people identify and achieve their dreams.
Clark is also active in the community, serving on several boards and speaking at local & regional events.
Clark earned bachelor's and master’s degrees from Walsh University in North Canton, OH.

Eric has held executive positions with Arconic Corporation, TimkenSteel Corporation, and The Timken Company. Because he is highly empathetic and has broad and diverse experiences, Eric is well positioned to partner with clients to achieve human resources and enterprise tactics.
He received his MBA from Kent State University and his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering from Youngstown State University.
